There are some pretty good tennis job openings this spring. Katy Taylor, Sulpher Springs, and Ozona. All have nice facilities and great support. Wonder who will try to apply.

Has anyone heard who has applied for these jobs? The Lindale Head Job is open now as well. Does anyone know who the front runner for these jobs is???

Big loss. He has done a nice job with the Lindale program and East Texas will miss his contributions to East Texas tennis. Good luck to Lindale in their search. They are an elite program.

Think it was time for him to leave. He has proven himself in Lindale, now ready for a new challenege. And Lindale is in a bit of a decline. They will graduate a good class, and from what I have heard, they are having trouble getting boys to play. I hope they can get some good jr high classes coming in. I know all schools go trhough their ups and downs, but I hope Lindale stay competitive. Im sure Anders will work hard to keep them that way.

Not the girls team...they are loaded with talent there. The strength of the girls team is probably enough to carry the team in Fall tennis.

Except for Highland Park, it seems teams have a difficult time getting strong boys and girls teams at the same time.

Lindales girls are good but they dont have enough depth. With the graduates this year, they will not be strong 1-6. Their 1 will have a tuff time against all other schools #1's. She is a solid 2 or 3 player. Lindale will be rebuilding, and neither of their teams, boys or girls, will be nearly as strong as the past 7 to 8 years.

I dont know... their girls seem pretty deep to me. They absolutely dominated JV district. A good program like Lindale will always have a solid team even if they lose a lot.
