Actually, yes! The New Braunfels tennis coach is a good friend of mine. I will have to congratulate him when I see him tomorrow.

BTW-For those of you that don't know, New Braunfels is home to the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch.

Yeah having Newks so close probably doesn't hurt things. In our paper is said NB won #1 and #3 boys singles and #2 girls to win it 10-7...that must have been crazy with those three matches left with everything on the line.

i was lost on the newks comment. thought there might be some big missles in unicorn land or something. hp losing really surprises me.

Its sorta suprising but you know it would happen someday. For my entire high school career people were waiting for Ryan Harrison to play for New Braunfels. i don't know who else plays for NB or anybody else who plays for HP but the rest of NB team has to be hoss. And whan Austin Westlake beat Klein, how'd Santa Cruz do. I heard she won mixed last year in 5A.
