How many East Texas schools have swim teams?


Chapel Hill's Jennifer Steele placed first in two events in Ft. Worth. She set a new pool record in the 500 freestyle.

Not many. Schools that have swim teams that I am aware are Nac, Marshall, Henderson (1 girl), Pine Tree, Kilgore, Tyler Lee, Athens, Paris, Chapel Hill, Whitehouse & Texas High. Texas High is by far the class of East Texas and is a 4A power in the state level.

Nac. will give T-High a war this year. With Quentin Harris gone some rebuilding for the Tigersharks.....yet, Coy Bryant is really strong and hungry to take over the leadership spot at TH. Can't remeber his name but Nac. returns one great swimmer in the sprints
