Wow. Looks like to me that Kilgore will have a easy time in there district next year.

Needless to say, this is pure conjecture or wishful thinking. The UIL is very secretive about their realignment and discusses it with no one. It is better to list this alignment as a wild guess rather than have read as a final conclusion.

The problem with this is there is a good chance Kilgore, Henderson and Lindale drop to 3A, and JT drops to 4A......

The original post is dated Feb. 1 2008 and represents the current alignment. For the next realignment (to be announced in Feb. 2010), I agree that Henderson will drop to 3A and that there is a good chance of Kilgore, Lindale and JT dropping as well.

There is plenty of speculation and conjecture in several threads under the High School Sports section.

Yep, you were right on w/ that prediction rednblack. I've been watching the Desoto and Mesquite people whining baout having to drive to e. Texas to play against Lee & Longview. Guess they are just scared or something... HA!
