Visit your forum account Control Panel (lots of good settings there, check it out!) by clicking on the "My Controls" link found in the upper right side of the forums.
Once inside your control panel look for and click the "Email Settings" link on the left menu near the bottom of the menu items.
You will see the following "Send me any updates sent by the board administrator" and a check box to set to on (checked) or off (unchecked).
That's it.
While you are in there you may want to look around for other settings that may need attention.
