I wonder how bad that thing tear up the inside of the fish and how often it breaks off bones in the fish?

I am not a "trout" ot "whitefish" fisherman. Bass, Catfish, and Whiteperch are the three that I stay after most of the time and none of them have those delicate little bone that those fish do. That thing will not be in my inventory of skinning tools. Besiden, even after you get the bones out you will have to fillet the skin off before you cook it! If you are decent with a fillet knife it is not that muck of a chore!
