Yeah there's gonna be ALOT of people at that game, Lindale's fans are absolutely INSANE when it comes to supporting the these teams! I'm sure you could find someone to keep you updated, but other than that, i don't think this game is big enough to be broadcast.

There is no doubt in my mind that Lindale is way more talanted than Pitt. With that being said if Pitt is not scared of Lindale and comes with full intensity ready to mix it up then they are capable of playing Lindale a good game. I don't believe Pitt has a chance to win but might earn a little respectability!

The final score to the game was 3-1 Lindale. I am not going to lye is was expecting Lindale to blow them out of the water by a score of at least 4-0, with no contest. It was a very good game though. It was pretty much as physical as a game can get, hinting at the 4 yellow cards(3 on Lindale and 1 on Pitt).
The referee was not very good. The calls went 80% to Pitt and the rest to Lindale. He was behind the play most of the time and not close to the play when he made calls. One card was legitamate when one of the Lindale players pushed off a Pitt player but the referee again did not catch the retalliation from the Pitt side. If there was a better referee it would have been a great and clean game. Lawless the Lindale coach received a card because of his frustration with the bad calls. This is understood though.

I have to agree about the ref in the boys game, I'm no expert, but that man had me totally confused on his calls! He looked like a traffic cop out there flaying his arms around. His signals were anybody's guess and he waited so long to make his calls, I thought another infraction had been committed and I'd missed it! By the end of the game, I wanted to take his whistle away!
On the other hand, I thought the ref in the girls game did a really good job in controlling the intensity, and made clear, timely fair calls on both sides. Good job to that ref!

Very good summation of both games. The girls game was pretty easy to call, as it was a pretty substantial mismatch. To Pleasant Grove's credit, tho, they kept the game clean despite what had to be complete frustration. As for the guys' ref, he was terrible and never seemed to have control of the game. Your description is right on!

I was at the game and lindale looked good. I still think Mt.Pleasant has a good chance of beating lindale.

I was at the Lindale v. Pitt Game. I my opinion it could have been a much closer game. Pitt controlled the ball nicely and had several good opportunities. I heard Pitt is a very young team. If that is the case, they may be a real force in the future. Coach Spears must be doing a really good job.

No way Mp can beat the Eagles. It will be a good game but Lindale will beat MP 3-1 and maybe 4-1. Lindale will be in the finals of this region

Agreed. Anytime you get this deep in the playoffs, you can generally expect a close match. The bigger question is whether the weather will cooperate.
