Speed Camp: June 24th – August 1st
Six weeks of ELITE SPEED DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. Speed Kills and we have training techniques that will take you to the next level.
Football Position Specific Power Training
Train for QB, DB, RB, OL, etc. We have your prescription to maximize power and speed at your position. For the first time train specifically for what you do on the field.
Basketball & Volleyball Training
Vertical Jump Training: CHECK. Footwork and hand/eye coordination: CHECK. Develop upper body power around the basket/net: CHECK.
Baseball/Softball Specific Power Training
This program is designed to improve rotational power and hip speed. Train to kinetically link the body. Make throwing/swinging a full body movement that produces more power without putting more strain on the shoulder/elbow.
Soccer Specific Power Training
This program along with Speed Training is designed to develop core strength, hip strength, hand-eye coordination, and knee stabilization. Along with our summer speed camp, this program will turn you into a solid and physical soccer player.
