Lindale's #23, Maddie Fraser, will play at Midwestern State in the fall on a full ride.

do yall think Torres is better than his older brother???

Two different players with two different styles. They are both very gifted, talented, and possess good genes.

Well we thought so as well. We were plagued with injuries because we dosed ourselves with a very hard January Schedule. Which brings up the question of how hard and competitive should your preseason be?

To recap: We lost to a very good Mt.Pleasant team who then lost "Barely" to a Lindale team in Texas Shootout, who then lost to the eventually state finalists Mesquite Poteet. So I reckon we did have a good run. We were a very young team starting 5 sophmores, 1 freshman, 2 juniors, and 3 seniors.
On the flip side the girls did have a far run in the playoffs losing in the regional finals.

I just wanted to add a personal note to this. My daughter is a year behind Maddie, so I've only had the pleasure of watching her play for a couple of years. She is an excellent soccer player! She makes it seems almost effortless. Even when she had 2, 3, and even four people riding her back up and down the field, she maintained her composure and stayed focused. Every time I got to watch her play I learned somthing new. Truely an amazing young lady. Plus, she is a very nice polite girl off the field as well. I look forward to reading about her in the future and wish her all the best!!
