Does anybody know of pee Wee football around Van Zandt/Wood county
The Greater East Texas Youth Football League.
There are teams out of Canton, Grand Saline, Mineola, Emory, Lindale, & Van
Their divisions are 1st/2nd grades, 3rd/4th grades, & 5th/6th grades.
I believe these teams are organized through the schools. I hope this helps.

Get kids playing as early as you can. Too many fat kids coming into 7-8 grades not knowing how to play. Sitting around eating Cheetos and playing PS3 all day.

Alba is also in the GETFL or at least they were last year. Sign ups are comming up soon. I believe July 11 in Van, sooner in other towns.

I believe the Wills Point kids play in another league somewhere. Quitman used to be in our league but was not last year. Don't know about any other towns.
