Well the cut won't happen until tomorrow because of the rain delay. All players will finish the first round today. Tiger won't start his second round until tomorrow. Tournament will carry into Monday.
Tiger was even going into 15 and bogied his last 4 holes. He is currently T94. Right now the cut is at +3.

Phil is playing good right now.

I wouldn't count Tiger out after one round. He'll be knockin on the door come Sunday, or might I say Monday because of the rain delay.

Considering he might play part of his third round tomorrow, I would say he'll be within 2 after tomorrow afternoon.
