Does anyone have suggestions of a good music appreciation curriculum to teach junior high and high school students?
Are there any websites that you know have good lesson plans, good ideas, and/or a curriculum that can be used?
Thanks!!

The History of Jazz video series from PBS is really good and cross-curricular. It also takes up a bit of time in class. Some of the series might need to be previewed and skipped for JH age, but they could hit the highlights.

Talk to Wayne Smith or Kevin Ogilvie at Kilgore College. They have a great music appreciation course over there, those guys could help you out.

He's right, Wayne Smith would be a a good choice or the music department head at Kilgore College. That school has to be the best junior college for music education in texas.
