The season is over for Carolina Panthers quarterback Josh McCown.
Smoaky.com has confirmed the former Jacksonville High School star has been placed on Injured Reserve after suffering knee and foot injuries in the Panthers loss to Philadelphia.
McCown's injuries weren't season-ending, but due to the performance of starter Jake Delhomme (4-interceptions), and McCown being out approximately 4-6 weeks, the Panthers had to make a move to bring in another veteran quarterback and they signed A.J. Feeley on Monday.
