The week started with Spring Hill's Robert Bero announcing his retirement, on Wednesday it was Bill Harper at Nacogdoches, and on Thursday the Palestine Herald is reporting Booker Bowie's retirement at Palestine High.

Bowie To Retire

Waskom athletic director Brian Griffin has confirmed the resignation of head football coach Brian Lowe.

Lowe replaced Nathan Turner, and the Wildcats just finished an 0-10 season.
