Former Tyler Lee and Oklahoma State tight end Brandon Pettigrew has been picked by the Detroit Lions as the 20th overall selection in the 2009 NFL Draft. Pettigrew is the first ever 1st round selection by a Tyler Lee player and joins #1 overall pick Matthew Stafford of Georgia as the Lions' first round selections.
