What has been your most exciting moment or game in your coaching career? : Winning state championship in 1991 at A&M Consolidated.

Career win #200 vs. Temple with my mentor/father, Gene Rogers while he was still alive. It meant so much for many reasons, but mainly because my father reached 199 wins as a head coach, losing his last game in 1976 to Temple.

I am always looking for a great human interest or unique story, please share that information with me. :
What is the biggest challenge facing Texas High School Football right now? : Outside influences on athletes, trying to recruit our kids to make Super Teams, like they've been doing in basketball and baseball. Losing that hometown feeling, parents/kids don't wan to stay the course, too many want immediate gratification.
