What do you expect to be your team's biggest strength this season? | : I feel our offensive line will be very good. I think we have the ability to run the football well which should set up our play action passing game. |
What do you see as your team's biggest concern this season? | : Quarterback. We have to break in a new QB. We have a couple of options so it will be interesting to see who emerges in fall camp. |

What has been your most exciting moment or game in your coaching career? | : There have been so many its hard to pinpoint any one thing. I would say winning the State Basketball Tournament at Gainesville in '01 was a pretty big highlight. There have been several big playoff wins in football. |

I am always looking for a great human interest or unique story, please share that information with me. | : We have an assistant coach who has a disabled son who has come a long way in being able to participate in some of our activities. It has been amazing to watch his development. Hard to put into words. |
What is the biggest challenge facing Texas High School Football right now? | : Safety! I think we have to be very diligent in following the rules and making sure we are taking care of our players. Football is a tough sport to play and we have to do everything we can to preserve the integrity of the game. |
