  1. This is probably what happened. I haven’t lived in Jefferson in years, but I am sure things haven’t changed. Little Johnny played select ball instead of Dixie youth baseball in Jefferson. Little Johnny was told by Mom and Dad he’s the best and going to the pros one day. Little Johnny went to high school and got a new coach who wasn’t Dad. The new coach tried to help little Johnny get better. Little Johnny didn’t like feedback or coaching because he was the best. Little Johnny went and told mom and dad he doesn’t like his coach. Mom and Dad are probably on the school board or close friends with people that are. So the baseball coaches were told they wouldn’t be back next year.

The only things in this Universe I fear are heights, certain animals, the prospect of Hillary, Whoopi, or Oprah as President, & another stroke... most of those I can directly affect my exposure to. I have learned thoughout my life, There is only One who Controls Everything in this Universe, & He Died for All of us at Calvary!

  15. They found that top FBI, DOJ, DNC, Clinton and Obama people conspired to deny a legitimately elected president from taking office and frame him with a phony Russian collusion scandal .... they lied under oath and obstructed justice .... all because they couldn't stand the fact that they lost an election .... They broke laws, lied to FISA judges, illegally spied on the Trump campaign and other republicans running for president, and illegally unmasked people during the campaign ... They also conspired to exonerate the Hilldabeast and ensure she wasn't indicted of any crimes while she was running for president ... A LOT OF CAREER FBI and DOJ and other dimocrats are in deep over this ...

  23. I was fortunate enough to win the "People's Choice Award" at the 2008 Rose City Chili Cook Off --- knowing in advance most of my ingredients weren't legal for a true chili cook off. Chunks of meat, sausage, lots of diced onions and peppers and Lord knows what else. I've been asked about the recipe so why not post it on my own site. If you have any questions---send me an email. Smoaky [email protected] ----- A lot depends on how many people you're cooking for, but let's use the ingredients for one very large pot that could feed several people. You'll need the following ingredients: *3-4 tablespoons of olive oil "or" 1 stick of margarine or butter *1 large onion (Diced) *One green pepper (Diced) (use about half of it) *Two cans of diced Rotel tomatoes (regular rotel or even the new Chili Fixin's Can) *One can of Cajun or Mexican Style Rotel or Diced Tomatoes *One can of whole stewed tomatoes *One 16 oz. can of red kidney beans *One 16 oz. can of regular ranch style beans *One 16 oz. can of ranch style beans with jalepenos *One 12 oz. can of ranch style beans with onions *Four large bottles of whole mushrooms (button mushrooms) *One large can or bottle of sliced mushrooms (pieces and stems) *One bottle of Bama Grape Jelly (You'll use 1/2-3/4 of the bottle) *One package of ground sirloin or hamburger meat or ground venison (2-pounds)(Chili Meat Ground Style) *One large package/tube of Owens or Jimmy Dean sausage (any spice, regular, etc.) *One package of Earl Campbell's regular sausage (Diced at your preferred size)(use half package) *One package of Earl Campbell's hot links (use 2-3 links)(Diced) *One package of Johnsonville Mild Italian sausage or Bratwurst *Two packages of Johnsonville Spicey Italian Sausage *Pre-cooked venison sausage, preferably cajun smoked sausage (OPTIONAL) Actual Directions Start by warming the olive oil or margarine in large pot 1) Add sliced/diced onion and sliced and diced green peppers on medium heat---Saute' approximately 5-minutes. 2) Break-up the package of ground sirloin and ground sausage and cook in the sauteed onions and peppers until done. I prefer cooking the Owens or Dean Sausage first, and then add the hamburger meat...gives the sausage a little more time to cook. You can decide whether or not to drain the oil or not...some do, some don't....I'd do this, because if you don't, and you refrigerate and re-heat....you won't have to deal with nearly as much of the "orange" film-layer on top of the beans. But you can always skim that orange film (fat that cools) from the beans the next day. After the meat is cooked and sauteed with the onions and green peppers.... 3) Add the can/bottle of sliced and whole button mushrooms and stir enough to blend in well. If you really like mushrooms, you can always add another can or bottle. I love them, and I can't put enough in them. It's your call. I'd cook the mushrooms for about 8-10 minutes until there's a slight bubble of heat. 4) Add and stir in all the cans of Rotel tomatoes, stewed tomatoes and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. 5) Add and stir in kidney beans, regular ranch style beans, onion flavored ranch style beans, and Jalepeno flavored ranch style beans and simmer for approximately 25-30 minutes on medium heat. 6) During this initial process, be sure to have the Johnsonville Sausage, or Venison on the grill or smoker to be used at a later time. The venison should have been cooked during the processing so all you need to do is warm that up. The Johnsonville needs to be cooked thoroughly. 7) Add about 1/2 of the bottle of Bama Grape Jelly....and mix around long enough to eliminate any large chunks of jelly. You must be sure to add the jelly "after" the ingredients have become warm enough to dissolve the jelly....and cook, on low heat for 10-15 minutes. I wouldn't stir too much...let the jelly dissolve with the natural heat. 8) Add Earl Campbell's regular sausage and hot links (sliced to your convenience or into small round circles and/or diced/square pieces) and mix them into the beans/chili. Let that cook for approximately 15-20 minutes on medium heat while simmering. 9) Cut up the Johnsonville sausage into fairly large chunks (about 1/2-3/4 inch thick)...you don't have to slice perfectly just cut into chunks. On medium heat let simmer for 15-20 minutes or even longer. If this recipe isn't spicy enough....you can always add an extra can of Rotel tomatoes...or toss in a few fresh Jalepeno peppers on top and let simmer. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email. David Smoak [email protected]

Based on our many post, I can read him like a Playboy magazine. I'm 99% sure the Govt pays him to ridicule those of us that know the truth, and I don't doubt he's getting subsidies from Reynolds Aluminum for encouraging folks like MavGrad & AKA into buying a bunch for protection. And with all that money, he can afford the best, so he buys hooch from Doomer & Blue. After reading back what I posted, I guess he's about dumb as a fox.

  37. The Scorpions from Silsbee proved to be too much down the stretch for the once Mighty Jack Yates Lions, clinching their third consecutive state tournament appearance with a 120-103 victory in the 4A Region III title game Saturday at Johnson Coliseum on the campus of Sam Houston State University. A highly anticipated matchup between the top two ranked teams in the state brought out more than 4,000 fans and a whole lot of trash talking in a game many considered to be the de facto state title game, and it didnt disappoint. While the Texas Relays are still a few months away both teams looked as if they were in qualifying heats with a helter skelter pace for four quarters. Yates, which hasn’t made a state tourney appearance since 2014, and hasn’t won one that wasn’t gift wrapped from ineligible Madison players since the 2010 season appeared poised to buck that trend, led by a pair of SFA signees and a trio of Southern New Hampshire online commits. After an auto-tuned National Anthem sung by none other than Yates alumnus Fergie, both teams traded buckets early, but the hate was strong from the striped trio as the old Lion nemesis, the whistle, caused major problems. Mitchell “Big Mitch” Seraille, the 6’8 anchor to the Lion “defense” was whistled for three fouls in the first five minutes, all of them highly questionable according to all Lions fans in attendance, sending him to the bench and creating a major void in the middle. Standing fearless and a foot shorter was Silsbee superstar sophomore Braelon “Too Smooth” Bush who drove the lane with wreck less abandon with Seraille out. Despite the foul trouble and constant whistles from the Golden Triangle officiating crew, the game was back and forth throughout the first half. A 58-58 tie at the half, considering the circumstances would leave many Yates fans satisfied, however Head Coach Greg Wise was the total opposite. Normally the epitome of calm and collected, Wise lit into his team with a 5-minute long rant that left one time Silsbee head coach Kerry Strong scratching his beard while Yates super-fan Bob Knight was left speechless. Silsbee alumnus Mark Henry was strategically placed outside the Yates locker room after half instructed to simply growl and flex, sending the team onto the court with a little more speed than normal, except for Wise, who didn’t flinch; only offering a cup check on the walk by which sent the worlds strongest man to the ground. It took all of one possession for Seraille to pick up his forth foul, and it was clear to everyone in red and yellow that the fix was in. The Lions once again hung around, frustrating Silsbee fans and local bookie Juanito as it was going to take more than a few whistle happy refs to ruin the Lions parade. Heading to the fourth with an 83-82 lead the Lions opened the 4th with a 3 from fabulous freshman Jo Valrie and the Lions felt unbeatable. Insert Devon McCain. The standout Junior who once drew interest from Baylor and SMU now draws it from Bellator and UFC; but the playmaker came alive in the fourth at just the right time, scoring 25 of his 36 points after the break. McCain and Bush helped fuel a 20-2 run that erased the Lions 4-point lead and led to boisterous “You Outta Gas!” chants from the Silsbee fanbase. After a timeout and a broken clipboard the Lions clinged to life with back to back buckets but McCain delivered the knockout blow with a personal 8-0 run to put things away. The Lion faithful avoided the cliche “we are proud of you” chants instead going with “Aint no debatin, these refs were hatin” and “You woulda got a beatin but these refs stay cheatin!” bringing about laughs and waves from the pompous Silsbee fans. Seraille finished with just 6 points in 8 minutes for the Lions, a strategy that clearly “paid” off for the Scorpions, while Hughes finished with 29 points as they both head north up Highway 59 to SFA in the fall. The duo of Bush and McCain couldn’t be stopped, finishing with 37 and 36 respectively with Bush collecting tournament MVP. Wise, normally known as the Sergeant of Sportsmanship was the Mayor of Saltyville postgame with the local media, directly blaming the poor officiating on his teams woes while assuring everyone his team would make the trek to San Antonio to pick up their silver medals for falling just short in the 1 vs 2 matchup in hopes that he can dig up an incorrect address for a Silsbee starter in the coming weeks. He was oddly quiet though on rumors linking him to the University of Arizona job, as he is highly regarded as the best clean recruiter in the state of Texas. Silsbee (28-8) advances to their third straight state tournament where they will face and destroy Somerset at 3pm on Friday and another pushover opponent on Saturday. As for the Lions(25-3), well, theres always next year. Lets Go Lions!
