  2. https://www.yahoo.com/news/dismissed-u-carrier-captain-gets-150544641.html Reuters Dismissed U.S. carrier captain gets hero's ovation from crew ReutersApril 3, 2020, 10:05 AM CDT Captain Brett Crozier, commanding officer of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, speaks at sea WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The captain of a U.S. aircraft carrier relieved of his command after seeking stronger measures in response to a coronavirus outbreak aboard his ship was given a hero's ovation by his crew when he left the vessel, video posted on Twitter showed. A brief clip showed Captain Brett Crozier walking down the gangplank of the Theodore Roosevelt as crew members repeatedly chanted "Captain Crozier, Captain Crozier!" Crozier turned to wave at the crew after he stepped ashore in Guam. The removal of Crozier, first reported by Reuters, was announced by acting U.S. Navy Secretary Thomas Modly, who said the captain of the nuclear-powered vessel of 5,000 crew members had exercised poor judgment in the way he "broadly" distributed a letter to superiors. In his four-page letter, Crozier, who took command in November, described a bleak situation aboard the carrier as more of his crew began falling ill. He called for "decisive action": removing more than 4,000 sailors from the ship and isolating them, and wrote that unless the Navy acted immediately it would be failing to properly safeguard "our most trusted asset - our sailors." The letter put the Pentagon on the defensive and alarmed the families of those on the vessel, whose home port is in San Diego. President Donald Trump, when asked about the captain during a White House news conference on Thursday, disputed the notion that Crozier appeared to have been disciplined for trying to save the lives of sailors. "I don't agree with that at all. Not at all. Not even a little bit," Trump said. Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden said that the Trump administration showed "poor judgment" in relieving a warship commander who was trying to stem a coronavirus outbreak among his crew. Separately, acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly told Reuters on Friday that Crozier would not be thrown out of the Navy, but rather reassigned as the Navy probed the incident.

  3. He really put those arrogant reporters in their place. Most of them should be banned from the press pool. All they do is try to put a negative slant on everything that is said or done by this administration .... They aren't reporting the news. They are trying to make news and negative soundbites while making themselves look foolish ...

  5. I will still use some of the jargon for the show like your spare parts aren't you or allegedly. Another thing is if I see someone post a picture of a steak, I'll say they're a degen for not having grill marks. I still say "Squirrely" Dan is from East Texas.

  6. Spare 4 minutes of your time and listen to the speech that sealed JFK's fate if you haven't already. There was no Kennedy curse. They all knew what was going on and were against it. Excluding Ted, he was the only sell out. If this was big enough for our last true president to speak out against 60 years ago, just imagine how big it is now. Especially after using Jfk as an example as to what happens if you speak against them. The Whitehouse answers to the cia and Rothschild/Rockefeller bankers.

  7. Any of y'all even heard of this show? No? Okayyyy... Do you like "it's Always Sunny In Philadelphia?" Imagine that same kind of concept, except it involves a buncha Canadian rednecks, emo geek meth-heads, and hockey jocks. Or maybe imagine Trailer Park Boys mixed with Seinfeld (with a dash of subtle Kevin Smith pop-culture references? The first few minutes of the first episode is a pretty good litmus test. If you like this, you'll love the series. If this doesn't do anything for you, then feel free to move along...

  8. Trump's son in law's scumbag landlord methods are detailed very clearly here. Not shocking, but this is someone who has been given enormous access to so many important things in the White House to solve. https://decider.com/2020/03/11/dirty-money-jared-kushner/ ‘Dirty Money’ Tears Into Jared Kushner in Season 2 By Kayla Cobb @kaylcobb Mar 11, 2020 at 11:47am537 Shares Powered by Reelgood It’s time once again to side-eye capitalism. Dirty Money, Netflix and Alex Gibney’s docuseries that explores corporate corruption, is back with six new hourlong episodes. Each is more shocking than the last, but if you want to truly be appalled this March look no further than Dirty Money‘s deep dive into Jared Kushner‘s landlord fraud. Though the name of Donald Trump’s son-in-law is thrown around a lot, Jared Kushner still remains one of the lesser known figures of the current administration. But Daniel DiMauro and Mogan Pehme’s “Slumlord Millionaire” will turn his name into one you will never forget. The episode opens on footage of one of Jared Kushner’s Westminster Management’s many properties, only this particular apartment has a gaping hole in its ceiling and a waterfall of plumbing issues. As Dirty Money painstakingly details, this tenant hell isn’t an anomaly. For residents of Westminster it’s depressingly common. The episode serves as a concise explainer on Kushner’s rise to power. It even touches on the many crimes that landed his father, Charles Kushner, in jail. One of those involved soliciting prostitutes to have sex with his brothers and brothers-in-law, recording the encounters, and using that footage to blackmail his own family members to vote in the company the way he wanted. But what this corporate malpractice installment really excels at doing is listing Kushner’s sins as a landlord. It’s not just that many of Jared Kushner Westminster’s properties have asbestos, rodent infestations, and black mold, though they do. It’s not even that, according to residents, the property manager hired construction workers to work all hours of the night in the hopes their noise would drive out rent-controlled tenants, though that happened as well. No, the company’s history of nickel and diming past residents stands as the most appalling revelation. At some point Jared Kushner Westminster bought several properties and slapped current and former residents with hefty late fees and rent requests. That’s how residents who no longer live in JK Westminster properties have come to be sued for thousands. This particularly jaw-dropping accusation is primarily told through Kamiia Warren’s story. A single mother of three, Warren used to live in one of the buildings that JK Westminster later purchased. While she was living there she received permission from her landlord at the time to break her lease and move out because a neighbor was making her feel unsafe. Months after she thought she had put this saga behind her, JK Westminster started sending Warren threatening letters, accusing her of owing the company thousands. This was all over breaking a lease she was given permission to break. Then there are the illegal allegations. Through Aaron Carr, founder of the Housing Rights Initiative, and New York City council member Ritchie Torres the series explains that there have been at least three class action lawsuits filed against JK Westminster, that the company has filed more than 80 false work permit applications, and that many of JK Westminster’s buildings don’t have a certificate of occupancy. That latter crime was revealed by a whistleblower who no longer felt comfortable pretending these buildings were habitable when they legally weren’t. At one point Torres even calls the practice of falsifying building permits the “Kushner loophole.” There are two dozen other shocking details packed into this tight, hourlong investigation, from the fact that Trump supporter Chris Christie was the one who led the case when it came to imprisoning Charles Kushner to the revelation that many of the residents Jared Kushner Westminster is taking advantage of voted for Trump. But one thing’s for certain. This episode of Dirty Money will never let you forget Jared Kushner’s name.

  9. How can anyone listen to that and think that the reporter is not the contrarian. Just trying to start a problem when there isn’t one. I wish our leftist friends on here could see that. But hey if they could see it they wouldn’t be communist.

  10. A military commander, in this case a Navy Captain (0-6, or eqvilant of an AF or Army full Colonel) simply cannot defy the lawful directives of his superiors, especially in a public way. He had to be relieved of his command, military protocol demanded it ... he will be given a desk jockey assignment and allowed to retire ... You just can't have officers going rogue and doing what he did, right or wrong, there was no other option. It's not a matter if what he did was best for his troops, he went about it the wrong way, and unfortunately he for all practical purposes ended his career ... the Japanese might say he committed hirikara ....

I never cared for him Until he became POTUS & started draining the swamp; I still wish he would not Tweet so often, but that’s his way of communicating directly with the masses without the Fake News crowd skewing his words, so I guess that is probably better in the long run. I Strongly admire his perseverance inspite of the incessant barrage of Raw Hate constantly being spewed his way. To have endured this onslaught by the Communist Democrats as well as the MSM and seen his polling numbers rise is truly a testament to his Resolve to “Make America Great Again!”

The fan is completely knocked over and buried under the , and all these Loons can think about is how to use the pandemic to blame Trump. Schiff & Pelosi want to investigate, which is ironic since they are part of the problem. Got to love politicians.

  16. I realize some of it is reserved for our military and of course our elected officials. The Federal Government has more employees than any private sector. Some of it is for the states, but it has to be distributed properly. As we've seen with New York and Michigan they are asking for more, but they have their own stockpiles or should have as well. I'm amazed that John Bel Edwards hasn't complained yet.

  17. Had I known how boring my graduation ceremony would be I would have skipped it, and let them mail me my diploma. I think it's more for the parents from my experience. I really don't think the online schooling is a good idea. It would be an open book test for every exam. I mentioned this to WHF, but I would truly like to know if grades go up this six weeks, and the final six weeks. I have a hunch they will, unless the students are lazy or simply don't care. Hopefully this month long stay in place will work, and we can get back to normal. I still think it's going to take either a vaccine or our own immune systems to become resistant to this virus.

  23. So, are ya a public educator or not? And I might call someone like that a 'Daddy's Rich Boy', a mobster, a fraud, and since he has been found to be doing illegal acts multiple times, a criminal, and he sure didn't do it all with his own money, as he clearly got a ton of dough from people he then gave jobs to, like Betsy DaVos and Gotdon Sondland, who ratted him out on his Ukraine dealings. Trump winning sadly says more about America than it does his actual qualifications as a person.

  25. Got a story I want to share with y’all concerning a health problem that affects more people that the Coronavirus. This is a serious mental health problem that about half of our citizens have. I’m talking about the dreaded, dangerous TDS. I have a liberal friend who has it as bad as Barry & Jett. On his Facebook site, he constantly dredges up and post negative articles about Trump. His last post was about China purchasing Smithfield Foods, with his comment, Not our food sources too. Unfortunately, for him, the article is dated May 29, 2013, during Obama’s reign. I had a field day with that one, . Guys like him, Barry & Jett are examples of how TDS, which is diagnosed when one exhibits unfounded hatred toward our president, can affect our friends and associates. For Coronavirus, we should wear mask. For these folks with TDS, perhaps a tinfoil hat? Might prevent further brain deterioration by preventing microwave emissions? Just want to help these folks.

  33. At this point who cares if I'm laughed at. There's going to be those that troll or just refuse to wake up until they are shaken awake. I just posted an article above calling for a Global Government(NWO) over something that was compared to the flu by their own head MD. Admitting SARS and MERS were way deadlier. That's one agenda closer to rolling out, now let's look at the other BIG ONE in the works. I told you, PROBLEM, REACTION, SOLUTION! Note: on the bottom you will see the good Ole people from the Rockefeller Foundation again helping out. They just love us soo much that they continually donate to worthy causes. I'm sure it has nothing to do with their final agenda that's mentioned in their own book.
