If you think recruiting class data from 10-15 years ago shows anything about today then you need to go and examine how blue chip ratios have changed since the playoff era has begun.

The TE from California looks really good IMO. 6'7 240+ lbs with half his highlights blocking and half receiving and does it at one of the top programs in the nation (Mater Dei). I think the OT from Melissa will end up a 4*. The thing up to this point is Texas hasn't really missed on many of its targets. The WR that just committed to OU stinks cause' I think he's going to be really good. The 2 corners committed to a&m, but Texas looks like it's about to get Malik Muhammed and I think they get that real good CB from Baton Rouge. I think Texas could have gotten a better guy than the WR Wilson and Cojoe looks like a project (I saw he's an EE and will still be 16?), but other than that I'm not sure what's not to like so far. #1 or #5 class who cares as long as you're landing most the targets at the top of the board.

That is the stupidest thing said on Smoky in a long time…” running into gunfire” WOULD have saved lives… innocent children’s lives…the case in Florida a few years ago where the school safety officer did nothing was the reason police training now says to engage the shooter and not let them have MORE chances to kill kids….if you watch the whole 1 hour plus video you will see that within 3 minutes of the gunman walking in SEVEN law enforcement officers were in the hallway…if seven officers had breached the door and gone in they would have saved lives…the phone calls from inside the classroom show that kids were still begging for help 30 minutes after the gunman went in…if your an adult and you put your life ahead of kids then you have no right to wear a badge…anyone that would have died going thru the door would be hailed as a hero…all we have now is a bunch of coward’s following orders from someone who now says they weren’t in charge

Both are still in the WAC. ACU has the facilities in place. Tarleton is doing massive upgrades across the board. Football is about to have phenomenal facilities and baseball just announced a massive renovation project. I’m not fond of their basketball arena, but I’m sure it is on the short list to get upgrades as well. Tarleton is definitely the most ambitious school around. ACU is good where they are, but Tarleton has been very open that they have nigh higher aspirations.
