Stadium location - Is this game more important for the fans, coaches, or players ? My opinion the players come first, then coaches/fans can be considered next together. For the players - HUGE dressing rooms that they enjoy, the playing surface is top notch, and the atmosphere will be great - they will be happy playing at P T Coaches - dressing facilities big and they are treated fine. Fans - 2:00 game means probably 20-30% of them can’t get off work, so P T stands might hold everyone……Carthage and P G fans that are able to go to the game already have purchased their tickets and they are way more important than neutral fans. And once fans have a seat tomorrow, the setup at P T is great.

Teams that cheat should be punished. Since no action yet by UIL I am going to assume that all of these so called violations are not against the rules. If they were these serious violations the UIL would have acted against pleasant grove. I have no logs in this fire but you sir have a major hard on for all of pleasant grove. It is so obvious to everybody just by reading all of your posts.

Watched the lindale IC game last night. Lindale looked very off for whatever reason. Lindale should have stuck with their game plan (running the ball). Lindales Rb/Qb had some success moving the ball. I believe if Ricky and brisbon can find a little space we will be able to move the ball. Should be a good game. I don’t think IC was as great as lindale was not playing well at all. That should have been a lindale win. Lindales qB/Rb are not on the same level as ricky and brisbon. Not to disrespect them at all. Great players. I think we will move the ball well.

This is an asinine comment. As a whole, A&M is a better job now than when Jimbo took it simply due to the number of facility upgrades. Alabama went through tough times with Franchione and Shula. That didn’t scare away Saban, and he had a NC I think in his third year. Texas struggled through Charlie Strong and somewhat with Herman. That didn’t make the program less desirable. OU went through ten years of bad football prior to Stoops. The big mistake by the Aggie leadership was making Jimbo’s contract guaranteed money. I don’t have a problem with coaches having buyout clauses to protect themselves, but all guaranteed money was crazy!

Washington needs to change their name back to the Redskins, because they weren't in Command of anything today.

I think the inexperience on the Carthage side is being way over valued by a lot of people. I do not think the youth of the Bulldogs will be a negative. I also believe Carthage is just as stacked as Pleasant Grove.

May be bad news for Gibson if carthage wins tomorrow he custom builds a team and still can't get over that Carthage hump maybe he will get lucky and they will move carthage back down to region 3 again so the Hawks can be relevant again

PG is definitely the "sexy" pick at this point. They have been very convincing with their victories in the playoffs. This Carthage team is young, and I think a lot of people think this will catch up to the Dawgs. But let's remember that this staff is no stranger to playoff runs. The young Surratt saw time last year in the playoffs as a freshmen and so did a few others. So if you think a lack of experience is going to be a problem, I don't think it will. Should be a great game. I will ride with the Dawgs till someone proves me wrong!

Everybody thinks kids are D1 nowadays, especially some parents. PG has 4 kids that will sign with Power 5 schools…Johnson - AR, Hackleman - OSU, McFadden - Duke, and Jackson - ?. Boardley de-committed from OSU, not sure if he plays Power 5 football or not. He did receive an AR State offer. After that, a few have DIII, DII or FCS offers. I will add PG coaches do a great job of getting kids exposure.

I don’t really want Ryan Day. He inherited a made program there and just kinda strolls through an easy schedule every year ala Riley at OU. Plus, he wouldn’t leave the made job with a huge salary to take an incentive based contract which is what A&M is going to be. Now, Richard Day, on the other hand…. I might be interested in him.
