New Diana - 11 Total TDs, counting 4 in the live qtr. White Oak - 2 total TDs, counting 1 in the live, plus a FG3 points

I know it was just a scrimmage but Jefferson scored 4 total and SH scored 1. In live action it was 1-1. Their FB broke 3 tackles and scored on the 1st play. I thought both teams looked good. I was glad to see Kam sitting out along with a couple others so the younger guys could get some reps2 points

He wouldnāt have won more than 2 games with the talent EF has now either. Heck, Surratt couldnāt win more than 2 games with the talent EF has. Itās a considerable difference from what is there now and what Ford had to work with.2 points

I have no idea what the "score" was, but Celina lit up Denton pretty good. Bobcats did pretty much whatever they wanted through the air and on the ground. I don't think the Broncos are very good, but it was a nice first look for Celina. Lots to clean up and fix, but promising first scrimmage. Bobcats look loaded.2 points

I wish Democrat was taken off the ballot. Replace it with National Socialist. You guys got them down pact. Even the Jew hatred is strong. Your fuhrer would be proud Barry. Right down to the gun control and state controlled media. Remember when yāall had the ministry of truth. I thought to myself, Joey Goebells would be goose stepping like a mofo to this.2 points

Awe, the real truth comes out from the "pro birther".....it's the woman's fault. Nothing like a chauvinistic male to shine light on the world. And really, you're NOT sorry, so just come on out and say it.....All women are the problem when there is an unwanted child.......You can do it.....be proud of that chauvinistic view.......SMH IF2 points

https://www.familylawrights.net/blog/how-often-does-child-support-go-unpaid/ Yeah, that's great for you "pro birthers".....because once you make sure the baby is born, it's off the next Religious Socialistic Stand. Yet, you don't want to pay for prisons, you don't want any kind of social welfare programs, you don't want public education, but by god, you want to get into other people's bedroom and sex lives to make sure that woman doesn't have a choice. And then your next comment is about child support, when over $14 is still owed to custodial parents in 2024.......it is so sad that we have become so divided that one group is goes too far towards killings, and the other just wants the babies born so they can spend the rest of their lives complaining about unwed mothers and social welfare programs. We all kind of expected it once Watson graduated. If he was still there yāall would have scored even when you didnāt play.2 points

Second team had two controlled portions and scored twice. First team played a live quarter and Community had it first and held on to it for a while and settled for a FG. Raiders scored in 2 plays. We held them the second possession and had it for the remaining time ending in 7-3. Offensive line looked good. Both running backs looked good. Receivers looked good. Some new faces on defense looked good too. Overall you had to be pretty happy leaving there last night. JV Red scored 4 tds in their controlled portion and looked really good. Super excited for that group.2 points

Pewitt 2 - Hooks 2 2-1 hooks in love quarter. Pewitt was still working out the kinks with a new O and D. Played well but had too many mistakes. I'm sure we will get the kinks out as we go along.1 point

Same thing we ran last year but at pistol depth. Gives the QB an extra second to make reads and doesn't make him have to be as solid with the footwork as he would have to be under center. Great scheme.1 point

Overall the O line looked good against a team that returns 7 starters on defense Moved the ball a couple of times and even had a 60-70 run for a TD1 point

This has been turned into a series. Alan Ritchson is a bad a$$ portraying Reacher. It's a must see.1 point

If iām being honest SH isnāt bad at all those kids played hard the entire scrimmage Those Fb/Hb ran hard every play Jeffy was confused against that offense on a couple of play so that comes from how well the Qb ran it1 point

1) Again, no one said it was okay. You keep missing that part. 2) Yes, Elko said he was returning to Duke, two days before he was announced as the coach at A&M. Hence the reason I keep arguing that if youāre going to keep arguing about a coach lying, then argue about your own as well.1 point

I agree with you about the leaders in the community. Donāt know the truth of what happened, but what I heard was Ford was asked to stay by previous superintendent and he decided to retire. But sounds like you are more in the know than I am so Iāll take your word for it. Not trying to throw stones at Ford or Crow, but I still believe no matter what Ford brought to the table, his record would have still been 4-16 the last 2 years. EF hasnāt had the same o line the last 2 years like they had with Ford. And that had nothing to do with an o line coach. It had to do with talent and development at a younger age. In my opinion, the biggest loss for EF was when the HS chemistry teacher left and went to White Oak with the HS principal. That guy developed tough, hard nosed players at the youth level that the HS coaches got to benefit from. Guess which class was his last class to coach? 2022, Fordās last year at EF. Guess the 2 years they went 2-8. 23 & 24 when he never coached those kids in youth level and it was daddy ball. Just my 2 cents and no Iām not saying the youth coach is better than HS coaches. Iām just giving credit where credit is due.1 point

I never said it wasnāt bad. Again, my primary point has been the same, if youāre going to call out one coach, then call out each one thatās done it; not just the one at the school you hate.1 point

Most of the mass exodus has to do with leadership changes. And the mass exodus has not slowed down. Carthage has a starting lineman that plays both ways that left EF 3 years ago. Another kid that starts at Marshall left EF 3 years ago. Ford had zero to do with kids staying while he was there. Iām not gonna bash or defend anyone on here. Iām just calling it how I see it.1 point

Might be difficult. Completely different offensive schemes. Unless any of the new coaching staff has a kid moving in with them that can play QB and knows the system. Palestine always has good athletes. Once they learn the spread offense and get the timing down, they'll be dangerous. Hopefully PISD will give the staff time to implement and develop the program.1 point

It's been part of the game for some time. This is the point I've previously tried making. Saban did it when he left LSU for the NFL. He did it again when he left the NFL for Alabama. No one here is calling him 'slimy'. Elko did it when he left Duke for A&M. Once again, the same people calling Schloss 'slimy' are not calling Elko slimy. I wonder why? Which is the other point I've made...it only matters to some when Texas is involved.1 point

I was catching up on the thread and was amused over the Lion7000 still being upset by the way Schloss āliedā and left the next day to Texas. How Elko hiring was different even though he said he wasnāt leaving Duke. Reading between the lines, Elko was a man of integrity and Schloss was vermin. As I continued my browsing of the net, the attached 247Sports article crossed my feed (funny how the internet is one step ahead). I was aware of Jay Norvellās (Ram Coach) accusations to schools tampering with his players. Today, the school that prides itself on honor and integrity was named as one of the schools tampering. Just reporting the news. https://247sports.com/college/colorado-state/article/colorado-state-football-players-claim-sec-big-12-programs-offered-six-figure-nil-deals-in-tampering-schemes-234782642/1 point
