I believe he tried to bring big school thoughts to a small town team. Not playing players both ways and running Argyles style of defense just didn’t work at PL. I also understand he didn’t have the athletes to win many games but the kids were put in a disadvantage trying to go with his game plans. Great guy just not a good fit. Wish him the best. Great AD for all sports.

PL with the upset. PL has shown signs of improvement but have just been overmatched. Should match up with Cooper. Need to get back to running the ball.

DK is very big on the line. I was impressed at the PL game with them. Of course we were small and couldn’t handle their line. Old school football run it down your throat and say stop us. They will need to clean up a few of their penalties but overall pretty solid. I will take DK in this game

PL looked decent in both scrimmages. Yes PL hasn’t won many games in the past 2 yrs. I believe this team will win some this year. Maybe a chance to make the playoffs. Younger set of kids that really want to play. Sometimes you can take a less talented team with more heart and surprise a few people.

PL is young but but some hungry kids. They will be better than last year. PL wins by a TD

I believe Cooper wins the district easy. Prairiland game them a scare last week in the first half. Better team ended up winning. If Prairiland plays like they played Cooper they may end up 2nd or 3rd. No one gave them a chance earlier. Probably want matter in playoffs but a accomplishment for the kids.

I believe Prairiland wins this game. Will be a low scoring game. Defense is looking better. 1st team defense played well in both scrimmages. Couple breakaways but in whole held their own.

Raiders took advantage of a blown call by the umpires. Double play should have ended the inning but both umpires didn't see 3rd baseman step on 3rd before throwing it home. Then you know what happens when you get another chance. Base hit game over
