What do you think it will take to help LK out?Β
A great coach with 4 or 5 sons all college football prospects and a coaching staff with sons the same caliber as the head coaches.Β

If uniform colors are the problem please tell me what color I need to order so that we can win state every year!!!!
Black and Orange seem to be those colors red and white arent too bad either.

Good stuff.
I wouldn't be shocked to see THS go 4-0.Β But 3-1 seems plausible with such a killer schedule.Β TBH tho...I think Fayetteville is going to be the toughest...even though Liberty Christian won state too.Β I'm just not sold that even a really good small TAPPS schools will hang with the Tigers.Β I'm not sure about Arkansas HSFB either...but I think it's better than TAPPS.
I'll be thrilled with 3-1 if that's how Marshall finishes.Β But I'm pretty sure they will be underdogs Vs. Tyler, Longview.....and MAYBE even Legacy.Β I know enrollment doesn't mean everything....but at the end of the day Lgv and Legacy are 6A schools that are significantly bigger.Β Tyler too for that matter even though they are 5AD1.Β (3-1) would be sweet.Β But (1-3) isn't completely out of the question.

Fayetteville is usually a pretty good program im pretty sure they won the 6a state championship last year ( I think theres about 16 teams in 6a) but all i really know is they lost their QB from last years team so not sure how theyll be next year.Β

After a quick google search, I can definitively say that I have no respect for their school board.
is it the fighting Buellers?Β

Arkansas baseball better get its issues together quickly, this is right around the time of the season they start getting exposed, has happened what seems to be the last 4-5 seasons.
I turned the game off last night and was really shocked when i saw they ended up winning. I have never really been a fan of Nate Thompsons, just seems to be a pattern of low average bad hitting since hes been there.Β

That was a yucky series versus Bama on the diamond.

At least softball handled their business.Β
that saturday walk off loss was a terrible ending. Hopefully this is their wake up call and the bats get hot or it may be another close but no cigar season.

Him and Barnhart don't get along, that's not something Cal would've done.
Plus it didn't make sense for him to ask for a paycut at UK.Β
gotcha either way really excited to have him on the Hill. also glad that scott drew turned down Kentucky.

They tried to smear the guy before he left. I guess part of that fanbase isn't the only ones who were toxic.Β

I mean i would kinda expect him to go to Kentucky and at least ask if they wanted to match before he signed with Arkansas.Β

I think someone on this page had said the current(guess former now) AD was only on a one year contract so i wonder if they do the same to the next guy. i would assume that would be a big factor in getting some good candidates for that position.

Now tonight it's being said John Calipari to Arkansas. Whole hiring process has been wild.Β
It was crazy to wake up this morning to this news! i started hearing more and more about Buzz Williams yesterday so figured itd be him or Wade and i would have been happy with either of them. Now hearing that i guess Tyson and someone else are committing to making the NIL for basketball the largest in the country.

Muss bus headed out west as expected.Β

Don't know a whole lot about the RW Dragons but I don't think they have lost but one kid to Hooks...checked with a guy that does know a lot about the Dragons and he confirmed that there was only one that was in athletics...another one transferred but wasn't in athletics. They lost several multi sport kids to PG but that was before the last AD that just left was there.
Well and just to point this out those kids that did transfer to PG did so to take advantage of academic opportunities that were not afforded to them at Redwater. Just wanted to clear that part up.Β

seems like a tough offense to run at QC maybe theyll switch it up to the wishbone?

Iβm 90% sure that heβs never even called offense lol
as long as he treats the school board members kids and their friends kids right he will be fine regardless of W/L
they ran the spread at harmony right?Β

wonder if he had been to bed yet when he did that interview? I do think a John Daly pro-am would definitely get some money in the NIL fund.

its an even tougher job when you keep "losing" kids to a neighbor district.

no clue if he's going to Missouri but if they offered and he can go ahead and start collecting NIL then i can see why he'd decommit. until the NCAA steps in and gets some uniform rules for NIL recruiting wont matter until the final bids have been received.Β

I heard this was down to 2 OCs with no head coaching experience. To think you can come in and run a program like QC with no experience is asinine. Which ever one gets it will soon realize he bit off more than he could chew.
I guess you are meaning because of the issues stated in QC it would be asinine or what? a lot of HC/ADs are giving younger coaches more responsibilities so that when they do get the opportunity they dont go into it completely blind to what has to be done as a HC/AD. no clue who QC will hire but it would be a really tough sell for a successful HC to want to go there so you'd have to go the young upside route.Β Β
