The biggest problem with the AD being from another sport is off-season..Not all coaches believe that weight room and track is needed for their sports to be successful...mainly basketball and some baseball...so when it comes down to final decisions of how to and who will be in the weight room they will always pull their kids out 1st..then its a domino effect..other kids see to get out of extra work is to play those sports..so imo it does not work

With the final district games on hand and playoffs right around the corner what East TX coaches on the Hot Seat? Usually during realignment school and coaches alike are ready to make changes depending on new districts and or the numbers do

saw that but it was just for head football..Is the BBall coach the AD? Not a good idea if you want to get a quality football guy in there

I have a 4 year old grandson whose birthday is late august so before the sept. 1 cut-off and I have tried to tell my daughter that it would be better to wait a year so that he would be the oldest in his class rather than the youngest for "leadership" possibilities..but I do not think I would hold them back in Jr. High..

never had a rival..they have to beat us every now and then to be considered a rival..otherwise its a whoopin boy
