I saw #6 break a run late in the scrimmage and did score but I also saw several clean jerseys on the field for jefferson on defense when that happened too. I believe D'field had one 1st down with it's first team offense in 20 plays in the beginning of the scrimmage. Jefferson had a lot more depth, but both running backs are going to have to get healthy.

Duckaholic I have to agree with you. I have a cousin playing for Jefferson and a nephew playing for Daingerfield so I'm completely neutral in this. Personally it looked like Jefferson should've been the ranked team bc Daingerfield for the most part, looked sluggish and out of shape. I think they put together 1 solid drive, whereas Jefferson drove the field pretty easily with it's vanilla offense. Jefferson didn't score but I'm sure 1st team vs 1st team, jefferson had twice as many yards. 2nd team the bulldogs did score and dominated both sides. Of course I believe this happened last year and we all know Daingerfield made a good playoff run while Jefferson didn't even make the playoffs. I'll be going to watch jefferson vs atl next week, I believe jefferson might be a surprise this year...jmo though.
