  1. On to bigger and better things. This is solely a learning experience that will benefit me greatly in the future-some people aren't who they claim to be.
  2. Well sloth, it'd be nice if you could even submit a grammatically correct sentence. "somebody" and "their" do not go together, perhaps "his" would be the better word there. That's certainly an area I am proficient in; the semantics and syntax of the language. And technically, I never even worked for the man, no signed documentation or anything. "ESPN Texarkana" lost dramatically here, the station just lost its two most knowledgable sports guru's. We went above and beyond for that man and were undeservingly let go. But, I like BlueDragon's thoughts and specifically the "resigned" term. That's more like it, we're far better off.
  3. This man has never been to a RW game in his life. Wouldn't trust too much of what he says, just saying.
  4. Can't hear the broadcast. This man who claims to be a "stallion" isn't worth anything. Crowd noise way too loud. I bet he has a crowd mic. Worst broadcast from the most unenlightened person.
  5. Redwater-White Oak will be heard on 94.1 ESPN Texarkana and espntexarkana.com. Game is Thursday night at 7:00.
  6. Redwater-White Oak broadcast will be on ESPN 94.1 FM this week. Game starts at 7:00 Thursday night in Pittsburgh.
  7. So if all accounts hold true and Redwater matches up with Sabine, where do y'all think the playoff site would be? Mt. Pleasant seems pretty neutral, but I could also see RW heading South towards Longview or Marshall. Thoughts?
  8. Sunnyvale poses a huge threat through the air, but RB Khalaf has big-play potential as well. He had 960 yds and 14 TDs last season. LB Allen came into the season as preseason defensive MVP of the district coming off a 144 tkl season last year. The unfamiliarity of RW's flex bone should throw SV's defense for a whirl, but SV's offense could do the same to the Dragons. I'm expecting a very high-scoring affair, something in the realm of 49-42. Hopefully RW gets the W on HC week, moves to 3-2, and head into district play riding a three-game win streak. Go Dragons! And, as always, don't forget to tune in to Kool 95.1FM for all you local fans, and for those who may be elsewhere, you can tune in online at freedamsports.com and select the "Redwater" link. Moreover, you can download the tunein radio app from the App Store and search the call letters "KEWL" or simply "Kool 95.1" and listen to the game.
