That's alot to do with it, I was born and raised in hs but moved to gilmer for work. Best decision the wife and I ever made. I'm 6'4" 280#. My son is well on his way to being the same, he's a buckeye though. Lol

I'm in Colorado right now, the temp is 87 and humidity is 20%. It's feels amazing. Back home 87 with 80% humidity be hot on this fat boy

Lol, it's not that bad if you stay out in it. Heat doesn't bother me near as much as the high humidity. Those slightly overcast days with high humidity are brutal. Give me the hot dry days.

Yep, person I talked roo said there was multiple kids who said they would just drop out of athletics is it was pushed that way.

Heard that the new guy met with the athletic kids and told them if they wanted to stay in athletics that they would be required to be in atleast 4 sports.

Why didn't they pull daingerfield this year?

Harmony got a new head coach, he changed the offensive scheme and now they're playing in the 3rd round in his first year. Morale is very low for football at hs. Maybe someone new can change that. I have friends and family with kids still in school at hs and they say kids don't want to play for Ed. I played under Ed and he was a good coach that also taught morals. But that was 20 years ago.

I'm no expert, but maybe the powers that be in Hughes springs have saw the success that harmony is having this year.

Shock linwood came out of linden in 2016? Then went to Baylor.
