Tech becoming bowl eligible last week actually helps Texas more on Friday imo. I want to see Sark run up the score and not let up on the gas. I want 60/70 points. I want McGuire to be embarrassed and Yormark to hear the flooding "SEC" chants when he's being escorted out. I've been waiting for this game since the summer. I want no mercy.

You are correct, they are not automatically in right now. There are more scenarios where even with a loss Texas gets in, but obviously there's some where if they lose they don't get in. To DB's point, many of us Texas fans were under the impression that winning at ISU was pretty much the stamp on getting to the CCG (that's what a lot of people thought too) regardless what happens vs Tech, but that also could be the fault of this awful conference who never had a plan together if there happened to be a multiple team tie.

Hes been playing scared. Which is why you are seeing these self sacks when they are only rushing 3. His deep ball doesn’t have the strength it usually does either. Hats off to him for muscling through it, but he’s not 100%

My wife gets mad at me for this but I never feel confident when he’s lining up to kick. He’s been solid all year minus a few games at the beginning of the year, but he’s the kind of kicker who will nail a 50 yarder then miss an extra point.

I like Traylor a lot don’t get me wrong. His connections to Texas High school football is really great and has a solid reputation… But going from UTSA to A&M is a huge jump. I believe he’s a small gig (like a Houston or Baylor) away from being a big time college football coach. Elko just doesn’t do it for me. If he would have never came through CS, there’s not a single Aggie that would take him if you ask me. Especially when compared to the buyout you just had to make.
