They are not very good

I agree, there are programs across the state that are consistently bad. They are mismanaged and make these kind of decisions. Some schools poor leadership will never allow their kids to be successful and I think that is a shame.

3A schools that have the job split don't have success. Look at Commerce and Lone Oak as most recent examples

Sometimes you have to reap what you sow. The board has created chaos for years and the resulting dumpster fire is on them. Lots of good coaches, teachers and administrators had there careers altered because of them.
