I’m not sure I’m understanding what that has to do with the lack of players and talent Detroit has compared to the first 5 teams scheduled. I’m not trying to be a smart but please explain.

With the schedule the eagles have to start the season, I see 0-5 going into district. Order is as follows Trenton, Cooper, Rivercrest, Leonard, and Shelbyville.. I understand playing up a division but that’s pretty brutal for a team that has at most 20 kids on the team with 8-10 of them never leaving the field.

Detroit as in Detroit Tx?! Shelbyville might as well send the middle school team for that one. Shelbyville by 50 at the half.

Just stirring the pot lol pretty sure they lost every game last year and won maybe 1 or 2 the year before. Easily one of the worst teams in 4a d2.

Paris North Lamar wins state this year change my mind.

Seems like a great fit. He took a team with limited talent to the postseason last year, should do well with the talent at Grapeland. Future looks very good for the Sandies.

So if Paris does win.... Will all of the doubters give credit or make excuses like they did last week? Just curious
