Yes please. Can't find them anywhere. Someone post 2A D II entire list when you find it. Thanks

Grapeland will be thin depth wise on offense, but will be returning a lot of defensive guys. The community will miss Coach Mahaffey a lot. Great man and leader!

Lovelady didn't get back into the game until it started flooding. Our WR/RBs didn't move as well on a soft field.

lol...We felt like we should have won by much more.

I would argue that the Harris Poll is the most accurate.
-
Who do y'all think Lovelady will play in the first round of the playoffs?

This guy lol. Who says this kind of stuff? It's got to be a kid.

Someone from Crockett said that, not Grapeland. Most people from Grapeland have a lot of respect for the Lions football program. Thank you. I was wondering why this was even a topic yet. Exactly.

I heard a rumor that Crockett wanted to put Lovelady on the schedule a couple of years ago, but the Lions declined. Lovelady won't either. If Crockett had played Buffalo last year, the Bison would have beat them to a pulp. Buffalo graduated some good players, and lost a great head coach. I graduated in 1999, and can't wait to go to this game! It's going to be a fun one! -
Thank you!

Grapeland is looking for two junior high football games for the 2018/2019 season. The dates are: Thursday, Oct. 25 Thursday, Nov. 1 (Thursday, Oct. 5 is an option, but not preferable) Email: [email protected]

Grapeland will be a mixture of young and experienced guys. Some pretty good freshmen with some experienced upperclassmen could help them be more competitive this year. Graduated some talented seniors, but the team looked good in their scrimmage against Buffalo last week. That was also without three starting infielders. I think the Sandies are playing Timpson in a double-header on Saturday.

Buffalo by 30 -
Rough Week 3 for the Sandies, but we've got plenty of time to improve. From here on out we'll be playing teams at our own level 2ADII. As a side note, I was very impressed by Buffalo's QB. I'll be shocked if he's not their district's Offensive MVP. Despite the losses, Grapeland's offense is still managing to rack up plenty of yards. Rick Frauenberger (Jr, QB) 44/75 for 893 yds, 8 TDs, 3 INTs BJ Howard (Fr, WR) 18 receptions for 569 yds, avg 31 ypc, 3 TDs
