I think WOS won state in 86, 87 and were runner up in 88 and 00 in old 4a plus what they have done last three yrs. I'll take that over Atlanta's 94 runner up and 03 championship in 3a

With all due respect Eagle you havent been around a whole lot the last three years for understandable reasons. I dont think you have seen the whole picture. Ive been to almost all his 7th, 8th, and jv games the last three years and watched him dominate at each level and show flashes in what little time he has had on varsity. I saw the same thing from your son from 7th on was excited to see what he could do on varsity and he didnt dissapoint. Will this kid do the same? Who knows? Just wish he would be given more of a chance, thats all. Maybe next year. And im no relation to the kid either. Go Eagles!

Its also not that intelligent to not find a place for your fastest player whether that be on offense or defense. Thats my personal opinion and im sorry if i have offended you

Bowguy youre the one missing the point. I have nothing negative to say about 7. I just said he should start. Im not questioning play calling or anything like that. Im just saying i think 9 is talented enough to get on the field for more than one special teams play

I didnt say 7 shouldnt start because he should. He does have good speed and is better receiver, blocker, is a sr and great kid. He did start on defense against edgewood and white oak, which was the only reason 9 got in, because 7 was tired. All im saying is 9 should get some time somewhere on offense, defense, or special teams.

Bowguy hes only put it on the ground one more time and that was questionable right at the goal line against alba. He looked like he was over the goal and down and recoverd his own fumble if it was one. So this notion he has a fumbling problem more so than anyone else on this team is total garbage. Yes they are averaging 50 points a game but dont you think thats a little inflated because of some of the teams we have played? Quitman, AG, CP, and Scurry have two wins between them i think. Winona and Lone Oak had some talent but both totally imploded in the second qtr and second half against us. The only two quality teams we played we lost to. Im not saying he should start but when you have the kind of speed he does, which Harmony rarely has, you need to find a place for him to play.

Yes i know he plays a different position. I was just making the point 11 should have been suspended for the game and know he thinks hes a fantastic blocker and the reason he doesnt make more yards is that everbody else isnt. 9 does need too improve his hands but by if you are averaging 15 yds a carry you dont need to throw it to him.

Yes to both. I guess 1 lost fumble the whole year is too much. If thats the the logic then none of our other skill players should be playing because they have all fumbled at some point this year

Thats funny Racer! 52 carries 789 yds 11 tds and being the fastest kid Harmony has probably had since the 80s gets you 1 play on kickoff coverage and 0 plays on offense or defense. Yet our coaches let a Sr who avgs 5 yds a carry and made a complete fool of himself against Winona be a captain at coin toss and get 10 to 15 touches and that was not the kids first time acting like he did
