It's "doable" right now and will definitely be "doable" in 2 years with the new batch of school opening up. The only thing holding it back is Superintendents voting it in.

Dude, i was NOT attacking this young man at all. Good for him. Of course he should capitalize on winning a Championship, that is smart. Leaving while you are on top is also good business. And no Groveton does not have any D1 athletes in the pipeline, so the expectations are much lower, so there is that. Regardless of what anybody says or thinks, living up to expectations that you created is next to impossible. Whoever is calling the offense in Timpson next season is going to have to be creative, mature and thick skinned. They are probably going to get a bit of criticism because unless they have a great plan to use the talent that Timpson has returning, there will be a drop off in production.

Some people want to write off Timpson just because Terry Bussey graduated. Now, no disrespect to Mr. Texas High School football, but the demise of Timpson football is greatly exaggerated. It is not easy to replace a player as talented as Bussey, and they obviously won't do it with just one guy. But, Timpson still has dudes and those dudes can still play. SA and Garrison will be good, but Timpson will right there with them and may beat both of them, we will see.

I really think it's a 3 horse race. SA, Timpson and Garrison could all win the District and/or the Region.

LRA can shoot it though. Anytime you can make 3's you have a chance to stay in the game against anyone.

It was a rock fight..... Officials decided to get the best players for both teams in early foul trouble which led to some not so pretty basketball. Then the Tenaha D1 went down with an ankle injury in the 2nd quarter and it got dicey. Broaddus has some really young talent and should be really good if they continue to grow and mature.
