Our girls CC team went to state in that also

Got to get it done against Grandview Friday to make it.

I think we have a chance to go to state in 4 or more sports this season. If they girls get in done Friday then they will be in the state volleyball tournament. I would be happy if we made it in both because its such a grind to just get there. But I would be happier if we won it all again.

We are still in football mode but we don't focus on going to State in only one sport a year over here.

Look at the number of carries and total yards per carry. They know Jackson is getting the ball and still can't stop him. They don't know when Jon is getting the ball because of the spread.

If we run the ball every play then shouldn't they know its coming?

I will take China Spring (2-8) over any team that Westwood has played. They beat Bastrop(27-24) who just upset Liberty Hill(35-31). The only 3a team they played was Franklin the rest in non district was 5a schools and they were in those games. On top of that they have played in one of the toughest districts in the state. Hitchcock was a lot like legacy but they lost their star QB to an ACL injury. Doubt Franklin all you want people have been for the past 4 years and they have still been standing strong. I think Westwood has a great offense which many have stated multiple times. But they don't have the defense to stop the top teams in 3a. Color you unimpressed when the teams you played have been either smaller in division or bad then y'all's district is down this year on top of that. If you guy's beat Columbus then I will personally name y'all as the favorite to make it to State and I will gladly eat my words. When the playoffs start the team in green and white turn it up a notch. Can you say the same?

Refugio game was close last year as well but got beat 52-14 by Franklin last year. That are not even close to the top of region 3 level.

Goes to show how bad region 4 is. Edna will beat everyone by 21+ in region 4 but will get beat by 28+ by who ever reps region 3

Franklin will travel to Waller and faceoff for the third year in a row against Hallettsville in the bi district round. Hallettsville PF 179 PA 271 which is an avg of 18 PF and 27 PA most points given up in a game was 56 against Hitchcock and most points in a game scored was 55 against Hempstead. Franklin PF 482 PA 276 which is an avg of 53 PF and 30 PA most points given up in a game was 59 to Celina and most points scored in a game this season was 83 against Rockdale. The last two meetings: 2023 Franklin 50 Hallettsville 22 2022 Franklin 33 Hallettsville 7

That is the same team that beat Hitchcock. They have like 9 kids with D1 offers. The QB is going to U of H. We were still pretty vanilla in that game against them and we always get way better as the season goes on. If we were to play them again I think we would win by 2tds.

plus with having multiple running backs is like have wr's. against Yoe Franklin had 8 different running backs run the ball and like 6 scored at least one td.

Easily more then that. Plus look at the SOS on who played who. No 2a teams on Franklin's schedule nothing but 4a schools non district including the #1 team in 4AD1 and a pvt powerhouse that is working on becoming the Texas version of IMG.

China Spring is down but have been in pretty much every game other then Franklin, Robinson, and La Vega. Lorena and Yoe were hit with the injury bug really bad this season. Houston Legacy was a good team that we played they lost to 5ad2 #10 by a td. The district is way down compared to normal years but troy is a decent team in the district this season. China Spring and Lorena normally has good teams.

Jackson has 1623 yards on 115 carries 14.1 YPC 202 YPG 25 TDS.... This was before this past Friday and a total of 8 games played.

Bremond was beat up pretty bad when they played mart. Like 6/7 starters were out. I'm not sure if they have even got them back yet
