To be down 35-6 in the 3rd qtr of the Teague Game you sure are making a lot of excuses for Franklin, looks like Teague's Defense shut down there 1 dimensional offense and they didn't have a answer. I am pretty sure the Franklin boys put there best effort on the field as most do.

I do believe the Rockdale loss means something (questionable Defense maybe) and you are correct "we will see" looks like that Teague team may be peaking at the right time, I agree that Teague will need to be well prepared. Malakoff will shut down Rockdale with there Defense. I am a neutral observer to all teams, just like HS Football. The numbers do not lie most of the time (not all) the CY/Rockdale game showed lack of Defense on both sides, anything can happen but looking like D9 has the advantage on holding their opponents numbers down especially in the past 2 weeks. Things can change but don't believe nobody will be surprised if D9 wins both games next Friday.

I think it will matter when or if you get to the 3 or 4 game, you expose yourself and teams will take advantage. That is the way it goes with injuries, like I said before lack of defense will eventually show up when you face a team with speed.
