It's the whole scheme thing that I was talking about earlier in the year. Every since they ditched the 4-2-5 and went to odd man 3-4/3-3...they've been on a roll. And good lord, Jephaniah Lister on PR. This is something I wanted dating back to last year and it's finally happening. This dude is a flat out baller with the ball in his hands and is going to be dangerous in the PR game the remainder of the season. Folks don't know it because he's a 3 year starter at safety but he would've made a helluva RB too.

Just a heads up, Longview fans coming from East Texas to this one better be sure to put "avoid tolls" in gps if they don't wanna pay tolls.

Toughness starts in regionals against Vandy/Klein Collins for sure. Already nervous about that matchup whomever it is. Quarters will be just as tough. Semis looking like Cedar Hill, Arlington or Haltom. 2 of those 3 teams are undefeated. Westlake probably awaits in state although I wouldn't be surprised if Strake or Cy-Falls out of Region 3 knocked them off. Tough times ahead, but winnable. If Marshall, Longview and Lufkin win this week...I'd imagine there will be plenty of folks trying to get Rose next week.

Probably when we scrimmaged Ennis in 2014 and 2015 while Alvarez was there. Didn't Byrd run it in 2015 as well? Believe so.

Really, really bad SOS for them though. And the only two decent teams they had on the schedule (Allen and Plano East), they lost those two games in lopsided fashion.
