They weren't "teaching" very well if they were showing film in social studies.

I will throw myself to the wolves. Why cant he thank God on the sideline. The end zone is no more of a religious shrine than the sideline. There are too many players that want to bring attention to themselves once they cross the goalline or just make a big play. Play the game between the lines!

Each team has three timeouts to use as they see fit. I am a coach and I may not want a timeout at that specific time in the middle of a quarter. If my team is on a roll I dont want the game to stop unless the opponent takes a timeout. As a coach we should know how to hydrate and rest kids during a game. If the officials and coaches feel that it is needed then I have no problem, but lets not do this just to do it. By the way I coach 2A football so I have plenty of kids playing both ways. I will sub for them when they are tired. That is part of the game.

You can still have the timeouts but it must be agreed upon before the game by both coaches.
