Evadale made it a good game. I have a new respect for those guys. They were a feisty bunch and definitely put a scare into Carlisle. Some costly turnovers on Evadale's end of the field really hurt them.

had this election just been between 2 candidates, perry vs. any of the other 3, perry would have lost. You really think that? 70% of Texans voted against Chris Bell 80% of Texans voted against Strayhorn 92% of Texans voted against Kinky Perry still would have won.

Bush won in 2004 with 53% of the vote. He got the most votes in a Presidential election ever in American history. I think that Kerry's vote total was the 2nd largest ever.

Nah, I'm taking this all in stride and am actually going to give them a chance to govern and see how they do. So I don't get where you say I'm a sore loser. I didn't like the results but whining about them and crying foul like the Dems did won't change anything nor bring me any enjoyment.

Don't get too ahead of yourself. Most of the races won by the Dems were won on very slim margins. But, congrats on the win. I'm gonna keep on open mind to this and give them a chance before I make a judgement.

I didn't slam Clinton. I'll flip your reasoning around on you. If it was good, Clinton did it, if it was bad the Republicans did it. Clinton was a mediocre president with the entire leftwing on his side. Bush has been a great President with the entire leftwing never ever giving him a chance.

You keep mentioning CLinton yet conveniently leave off Gerry Studds. The bottom line is that Foley is gone while Studds got a high five from the Democrats.

Well said. Middle is like the rest of the so called "moderates" on here, he only sees evil when it comes in the form of a Republican. "I'm not a Democrat Im an independent" "I'm not a liberal I'm a moderate" "Im not partisan, I'm objective" Ill just reserve every single bit of my criticism though for just one side.
