I think this team is a top 10 Garrison team! I don’t think this team beats 2001-2003 teams or 2010-2011 team for sure! This is a good Garrison team no doubt though.

For sure, 14 is the engine on their defense so if we can get him guessing or looking at eye candy it will help

No doubt but Alvarez offense relies on everyone making their block. They won’t be able to block them every time but when they are able to we have to be able to make an explosive play. When the don’t our backs have to lower their pads and just accept 1-2 yards versus taking a negative play. The ISO and trap will be there but it will require us to go for it on 4th down all game which I would. 40 to 40 I’m going for every 4th down less than 3 yards. I’m a Garrison Bulldog through and through but I’m also a realest and we are going to have to take some risks to win this game.

I believe the KEY for Garrison to win this game is for our pulling lineman to be able to block 56 and 8 of Timpson on the edge. If we can’t get to the edge we will have a much harder time moving the ball running it. We will be able to move the ball up the middle but it’s hard to continue that the whole game. We need to be able to block the edge to pop a few explosive plays. We have to give #11 some looks this game on the fade ball! Timpson has no one at corner that can matchup with him.

I think Bussey is the man but I think Garner is the difference maker.

Hoping to see a good game Friday! I’m pulling for my Dawgs but just don’t know if we can slow them down enough. I believe that with a healthy Garner for 4 quarters and no turnover for either team I would say Timpson by 14 just do to the amount of athletes they have but if they turn the ball over and we bring our best game of the year we walk out of Homer Bryce with a W. Hoping to see no injuries either way!

They did call for sure! I am from around Carthage and they did. Surratt did not want to play at Newton Field from what I heard. And Carthage would not have beat the breaks of them. Carthage night would have one but I can promise you it would have been a good game.

4 and 55 are physical no doubt! The others I wouldn’t call them physical. Your speed and athleticism beat Garrison not size. Y’all were successful with the deep ball and outside ride! Inside run was limited other than the one 20 yard run. All this is besides the point. Y’all Won and We lost!! No excuses!! Goodluck to y’all fellows!

I don’t think it was size boss! Y’all beat us with 4 deep balls. If 11 stays at QB and keep 4 running downhill it should be a great game and I give advantage SA. If you put 11 at RB and try to outrun them Teneha will win! They have much more team speed than Garrison!

That is spot on. Garrison fans are the absolute worse about dogging the coaches. I am a die hard fan but at a certain point it’s hard to keep your mouth shut because everybody in the stands knows more than coaches! If you were a good coach you would be in the profession..

Y’all are good but not on Newton’s level I’m sorry. They have 4 for sure maybe 5 better players than the best of DFIELDS. No team in 3a D2 maybe even D1 will hold them under 60. Nobody in 3a will get within 40 of them
