If you knew me you would know I've said the same thing all year in private! Not on the forums!! True if they did what they have done all year they would have won! But they didn't!! No matter how good you are you can't keep running against 10 and in last nights case 11 in the box and expect it to work at this point and time in the playoffs! You have to be ready to go to plan b and c!! By not working on it more when we could it finally bit us in the butt!! Everybody that knows football on these forums said the same thing! Go back and look!! Those boys are great and deserved a better fate!! No I did my job and cheered these boys on just like you said last year and kept my true feelings off the forums this year and now that it's over you say I'm second guessing!! Not true! I just kept it off the forums!!

I've been saying the same thing!! You have to work in it even when you don't need it!! How much better would coopers running game have been if teams had to defend the pass!! Good luck Leonard! Y'all have GOOD coaches!!

93.9 will carry all of Coopers playoff games! I saw Leonard and S&S play yesterday and I honestly don't see how S&S was undefeated! Both teams are slow and Leonard has no running game so it will be Coopers run and smash vs Leonard's pass game! This one will be ugly! Cooper by 35!!

We have pass plays and practice them in practice! Just haven't needed them because no one has stopped the run!

Oh I don't hang my hat on it! I'm just trying to say that Cooper did play some tough teams! We play against 10 in the box every game by the way!! I'm sure we will see it again this week! Also, as I recall the farmers also spotted DF 28 points also! I would love Cooper to have a little bit of a passing game! It would be great to see what our running game would be like if we didn't have to fight 10 in the box every week!!

Just a note to everyone that said Cooper had a weak schedule. Did you see the score of the daingerfield/farmersville game?? Just a reminder Coper beat farmersville 42-7!

That's what it is but this week is regionals and next is quarter finals!!

Oh yeah and gunters district is an absolute beast with powerhouses like bells, Tom bean, and Whitewright!! Please!!

Gunter is not that good, Clarksville just quit! This is not the same team that played Cooper 2 weeks ago!!

I'm just saying it would be good because they are big running teams and that is where we would meet if we both make it that far! Texas 2a has a post that shows Ciscos stud running back and he averages about 3 yards per carry less than Mimms and 6 less than Robinson!! So I really don't know how to take that! Are they playing tougher teams or is Coopers o-line just that awesome? I guess we might find out in 5 weeks!!

They will be a good matchup with Cooper in the semis!!

I think district 7 is in for a rude awakening! Last year we blew Leonard out and I'm sure they have improved but if they played the other 2 close I think Clarksville and Edgewood move on and Gunter and Leonard start basketball!! If S&S takes Alba lightly they will too! Alba is a good match up for them!!

I think we might go 3-1 or possibly 4-0! They are run teams mostly and the other 3 did a fair job against our running game but district 7 doesn't have the size or speed of Cooper! I'm not worried about Whitewright for us and I think Edgewood won't have a problem! I think Clarksville will represent well but I don't know if alba can score enough but they will hold their own! So with that you can see I'm picking Clarksville over alba and the other 2 are no brainers!!

I think we will match up pretty well in the first round! I wouldn't be surprised to see a 3-1 or 4-0 record from it! All three of their too three are run oriented but I don't think they have an o-line like ours! The only sure blow out in the first round will be our game but I think either you guys or Edgewood might possibly blow one of theirs out! Either way if any of our teams get beat, it won't be by much!!

The juniors and seniors there now, when playing together as a whole 2 classes have never lost a game since putting on pads! They ARE a great bunch of kids and deserve all the accolades that they receive! That group is a bunch of winners and hopefully show the younger ones what it takes to be champions!!
