How many games and quarter did CM quarter back play this year so far compared to gilmers qb? And as far as our defense goes we always step up to “big time” players and bottle them up. Gilmer gonna win this one big. Gilmer has almost intentionally did just enough to win the past two games. If you watched the buckeyes they held back on canton had jv in the second half didn’t put a lot of pressure on godley and had a completely different offensive approach on Sunnyvale. I’d say Gilmer will crank up all the engines Friday. And let’s not forget for whatever reason canton scored like what 47 points against CM.

Both teams are good and will come down to penalties and coaching strategy. I for one hate that pg lost some key players cause I think we can beat them even with them. I read this forum a lot and I feel beating them will not carry the same weight with the talking heads on here cause of pg handicaps. And people that are not from either town only know what they hear more so than what they know. Gilmer also have a couple key players hurt as well. Pg and Gilmer has not had to play as hard and precise as they will this week all season. I’m sure both coaches have not showed you guys everything and with every reason not to. Neither Gilmer nor pg beat Lamar as bad as Pittsburg who got beat by spring hill so what does that tell you. Gilmer comes completely off the gas after a two to three td lead on many teams they have played. Have not play a full four quarter game yet this season. All im saying is come Friday night .................we all will see. But if you want to go off other games the only one you can is Carthage game and both teams had the same point spread Point is this is gonna be a good one.

I totally agree. The play calling is completely different with tennison than hurt. Everyone see it. Tennison is a dual treat qb yet they try to make him pocket qb. If you call the plays the first half like the second half tennison doesn’t get hurt and gilmer run away from le early. The line gotta do better. Period. The fact that gilmer actually ran the ball the second half took pressure off the line and qb. Teams key on tennison and to do awesome as he does with all that pressure is huge. Gilmer ran the ball more the second half than they have the whole season combined. Makes a difference when you balance and use the whole offense. If people can see it in the stands I’m not sure why they can’t see it in the press box.

Lol MY POINT was don’t think gilmer bout to lay down or be scared cause Carthage coming to town. We showing up to win just like Carthage. And again didn’t say or mean the back from wasn’t good but he didn’t put on the show you think you saw him put on. Naw it’s just that Carthage fans seem to think no one can beat them. Gilmer hvnt player a full solid up to potential game yet, with that being said that day is coming who gonna be on the other side the field when it happens. Someone said that lindale #22 got 3-5 yards after being hit Friday night, not sure what game they was watching but that’s not true. He is a good high school back but Baylor will change his whole style of running. That won’t work on college level.

Two good teams that’s gonna battle Friday night. Talent for talent the teams are equal. Who gets the most laundry throwed at them will loose. And hatten is no secret. Gilmer has yet to put together 4 quarters and are undefeated. The difference in the buckeyes shutting teams out is mental not physical and mental can easily be fixed. #playball
