Why is everyone thinking WH will just be awful? The only real concern I see with them is their d-line. Which seems to always be the case recently so no real change. On offense they return their 2 year starting QB and a group of really good WRs including Aldridge (81-1417yds). They probably wont be great (never have been to be honest) but they will be around the top of the district just like all the other recent seasons. Should be a fun year.

Congrats to Quincy! Very nice steal for TCU. I think Quincy will do very well there. TCU sure is doing a fine job on getting some very good players. What are the odds of TCU going after his brother, Jonathan, next year? 81 catches for 1417 yards as a junior is pretty nasty.

Why would WH play a home game at your stadium? I think not..lol A good question to be, Why didnt whitehouse add more visitor seating when they were redoing the stadium a few years ago, yes they added like an extra section for the visitor band but the fan seating is not enough. You would think that your finally winning and competing in exciting games that WH would get great crowds at their home games, which they do, so why would you not add enough seating? There is plenty of room to have added seating up vertical ontop of what is already there. Its probably a reason WH dont get many playoff games either, if there was enough seating on the visitor side even 3As could play there and have a packed out environment.

Poteet didnt even impressed me one bit either. I cant believe they made it this far. Whitehouse really blew it this year. Players and Coaches. Real nice turn around for poteet though..

SS whole stadium is a dump and not a proper 4A stadium. A team like SS deserves a nice stadium. Practicing outdoors hasnt hurt SS on Friday nights at all in the recent years so I think they could do without an indoor facility for now.

Was a fun game. Marshall was good as expect and always is. Wouldn't surprise me if yall pull the upset against Sherman. Any chance of getting French back by then? Sheleton had a very good game running the ball again. 138yards against a strong Marshall defense is really good. Now if we can just keep from having -30 rushing from the QB every week we wouldnt have a problem breaking the 100yard total rushing stat.. lol Jonathan Aldridge (11-223yds 3 TDs) played a great game. Its always nice when you have multiple receivers that can take it to the house at any time from anywhere on the field. Whitehouse needs to focus on Kilgore now. No reason to overlook them, Kilgore always plays whitehouse the best they can it seems. Kilgore has given Whitehouse decades of donkey stompings, its time to return the favor. :thumbsup:

Yeah, and Whitehouse had a 100+ yard rusher along with a 100+ yard receiver. 2 dropped TD catches in the end zone from within the 10yard line was the deciding factor. So I really wouldnt call it a complete success..hehe

I dont understand how people are saying they shut Trey down. The only way to limit him is by double teaming him full time and you cant call the shutting someone down because that 1 person is taking 2 or 3 of your better defenders off of someone else. Should be a good game. No reason to predict a big win for either team as the 06 and 07 seasons proved to be great nail biters. Wouldnt expect anything different from Marshall. They are always gonna give you their best.

Sanders is a returning starter at center and is a key part of that line. There were ALOT of not so perfect snaps last night with him not playing, one leading to a fumble early in the game.

No first down for Pine Tree so far, at the half. Offense doing whatever at will also. Trey with 3 TDs at the half.

HP even having the chance of going D2 is ridiculous. Same with Allen in 5A.

Wouldnt be overlooking this game. Should be taken serious like all the other games. I dont see the score being that bad. If WH is scoring at will at the beginning then I think the starters will come out really quick. WH backups arnt all that bad so it wouldn't be bad to get them 3 quarters of playing time and giving the starters a rest and not risk injury in a game that probably wont matter. Will Weathers could be a starter at QB if he had to, hes really good for a soph and will keep the offense rolling.

Wh had two opportunities to tie and take the lead from the 12 and the 6 yard line in the 4th and couldnt get it in. A few plays here or there and it defiantly could have been a different outcome. Cant do anything but move forward now, for both schools. JT has a realllly good team and should do well in the playoffs. Best of luck!

Heck of a game. Both teams played with alot of heart and class. Great game to be at. Jt should do just fine in the playoffs.
