No, because the primary resistance is driven by the potential loss of funding for public schools. If the "lost funding" factor is removed there is no significant reason for objection.

I suspect there will be an alternate mechanism to replace the funding for public schools. It is also probable that there will be an income range/cap for voucher recipients. I have spoken to legislators about this in person.

The NS coach received a 3 year ban. That effectively ended his career coaching in public schools.

You stated that you did not have the information on NS? You also stated that you "had an idea" about SM. That would indicate that you are unable to confirm that the situations are "the same exact offense".

Agree 100%. Only benefit is that it keeps kids engaged during the summer and can build confidence for some programs.

If assistant coaches are giving ultimatums, it is time for the assistant coaches to go regardless of whether or not a new HC is hired. No HC wants to deal with undermining from assistants.

Nothing works at Legacy. That is why they are unable to keep coaches. Many different coaches, same results.
