If these hold true and all teams that I have seen predicted in Region 3 it should be tough thru the playoffs. Think Region 4 Shiner has to be the favorite and I don't think even Falls City or other contenders can keep them from being in Semi-finals next two years!

I think it'll definitely be a bigger crowd Friday night at SFA instead of Thursday in Longview. Honestly rain or no rain wasn't the problem for me, as I've been known to sit out in the rain and cold for other teams if my Yellowjackets weren't playing. However, I work Sunday thru Friday, and anywhere from 7:00 am to sometimes just up to 6:00 pm. I don't like being late, but I might have to be just a little all depends on what time I can actually hit that time clock.

I was really wanting to attend the Garrison and Timpson game, but having it all the way up in Longview. This gal works Sunday thru Friday, anywhere from 7:00 in the morning till almost 6:00 in the evening. So, I'll have to watch this game online just like the last game between these two teams. Good Luck to both teams and may the best team win represent East Texas well next week!

Just my opinion, but I actually like the Tenaha field. It might be close to the action with no track, and might need to extend the bleachers up slightly. However, I do not agree with them charging for parking. I don't many schools that do that! Again, that's just my opinion on it!

I was reading on Twitter that Mr. Padilla supposedly sent out his 2024 2A Division re-alignment last week to his subscribers. Does anyone have and able to share with us? Thanks!

Those numbers are generally released from those at the UIL in early December. At this moment I'm seeing at least 8 to 9 teams right above/below 100 kids opting up to play 2A. Also saw a school with an enrollment of 65 (Rocksprings) I believe opting up to play 2A ball. I can't see the UIL raising the upper end to 180. That's 15 kids, but then again you never know what the UIL will do!

Carl Padilla of The Padilla Poll is saying about 95% of 2A schools and 98% of 3A schools have submitted there number and he has already posting his predictions of cut off numbers.
