I think it will take and incredible effort with a few breaks going our way to win this one. Either way I'm just hoping for a clean game with high intensity. On paper, I think Koff is the more talented team, but the game is not played on paper. Good luck!!!

Like I said earlier, they can still run the T. It was a good adjustment after halftime. Atlanta never really stopped it. 2 fumbles and a chop block penalty stopped those 3 drives. There were a ton of dropped balls that hit receivers right in the hands, but just couldn't hang on in the 1st half. Great effort by the defense.

Their identity is definitely spread, high tempo. However, at least 4 times this year, they have lined up in wing-t and pounded the ball with the 2 inside linebackers running the ball. They scored one td against MV in the T. They can still run it well. If you watched or listened to the interview with Josh Finney that Mr. Smoak did, Coach Finney mentioned they had to do some soul searching after last seasom. They realized that they had some good receiver type bodies that were better suited for the spread. So, they changed the offense to fit their players.

You'll find out pretty quick in the 1st qtr.

Sorry, I dont know what happened on the 2nd UC was out of frame on the video. The ref threw his flag, then threw his hat, so technically 3 UC on 0

I'm re-watching the game now. I was wrong earlier. #7 kneed finney in the head after the tackle. I thought it was #0 last night. The UC on 0 play was 3 plays later. Finney was sacked and on the ground at the 22 yard line. 0 was standing on the 10 yd line and runs up and hurdles him from 12 yards away. Really!!!

I saw the bandwagon comment earlier. I know it wasn't directed at me, but it hit me wrong. I have been active on this site since 2006. I read almost daily, but seldom post. Earlier this season I tried to log in and couldn't. I tried to reset password and recover my account to no avail. I finally tried to just make a new account and still could never log in. Finally earlier this week it let me. I have not had any kids on the field but I go to almost all home games and many away games that are reasonable. I simply love football and support the Raiders football/basketball program win or lose Just because people have not been regulars posting doesn't they are bandwagon fans. Rant over

Bad decisions by young men on the field. I understand tempers flare out of frustration. I played the game and know how it is, but when you lose control of your actions, there are consequences. On the field and in life, regardless of any announcers, you are in control of your decisions.

Said player had at least 2 other late hit, cheap shots that didn't get called. In case you didn't see them, you should've been able to hear my screaming at the ref about a flag. About 2 plays later is when they finally flagged him the 1st time.

You're right, I believe that no matter how it ends up, D5 is a really hard out. Good game, and great effort tonight by Minny. Pendergrass is next level.
