May i interject here for a moment......we all want to support our home town players, our teammates and the people that you coach. I am sure there are more young men that deserve to be recognized in more than our opinions, but we dont all have a vote. I saw Wesley Starkes play many times....I KNOW he deserves it, and i congratulate him. NOt only is he a great player but also a great teammate and most importantly a good young man. I do not see where what one district did against the other matters, if we base it on that then the only teams that should have all state players are the teams that make the final four. Lets all just be happy with who made it and go on. Congrats to all and if what they say in the other thread is true about a one million dollar deal for middlebrooks AND he doesnt take it...then i suggest we take him off the all state team...thats a no brainer. sorry i took up this much space. OK OK OK....let us all just agree that ALL D-1 schools are in the muck, that at some point all coaches do the unthinkable and that all players play both sides. So what if the kid used a fake ID......who cares if he is a liar.....we have all been lied to and i promise you that at some point ewver and i do mean EVERY coach, including Messiah Mack has too......and you know what???? who cares?? all we as fans care about is winning. yes it looks good when our favorite team graduates players, but do you really care unless it is your child?? NO! Besides he couldnt beat out anybody you got at QB anyway.

Nest, you are sitting home because your coach made 2 boneheaded mistakes. That is unfortunate and i feel for you and the dogs...you have a good team, BUT, rules are rules like them or not. Now HillyBilly, you really do not need to talk smack to Nest because they did hand it to the Hornets 2 times this year. Feel fortunate to be playing this long.
