No it is the 7 pm start time in my pleasant! Only a 15 minute drive for my Vernon fans and a 1 and 45 mins for Tatum fans! I didn’t get home from work til 6 pm! Can drive nearly 2 hrs in this messy weather to see only a 1/2 of football and drive 2 hours home and then get up at 4:30 am for work again!!! Yeah we got got screwed on where the game is being played tonight!! But those kids will play their hearts out in the second half!!! Go Tatum

Imo. I believe there is no such thing. If the other team is crushed they will work harder... if you back off and refuse to score anymore, it will still be a crushing defeat. What is worse??? Knowing that the could have score 20 more times or having them actually score 18 more times??? If they are in your district you must win big, that is how tie breakers are won... if they are a non district opponents in pre district play then it doesn't really matter who wins or loses in high school.

Coach will have the team ready and the fire will be hot after the loss to gladewater!!!

None of the refs knew where the Tatum picked up the ball on the punt...it didn't go pass the line...that is why the refs didn't call it down immediately.... the Gladewater coaches convinced them to overturn the play... that is very sad!! Tatum's D shut out he the 4th quarter...it was one of 4 different things that Tatum wishes would not have happened.. 1 the personal foul in the 2 qtr that gave he a 1st down instead of 3rd and long...took the wind put of the defense and he scored on a bomb on the next play.. 2 qb sprains ankle in the 2 qtr...offense stalls... 3 missed fg in the 4th from a very good kicker.. 4 fumble on the 6 inch line reaching for the goal line in the 4th...and 5 the called back 3rd of the punt then Gladewater scores..14 point swing That being said GW played well after our qb got hurt.. good luck in the playoffs to all!!
