One thing to add, when you conduct tryouts let parents know you will be requiring Monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual dues and how much they are...also, require the parents and any siblings that will be making tournaments to attend a practice before you commit to a player. If you don't like the way a parent conducts him/herself be wary because kids tend to repeat everything they hear.

Will this bill impact home school children as well? I would have less problems with home schooled children, living in district, participating than with private or charter school participation.
