Great Job Jackets. Coach King, I knew when I first met you, you were a great coach. You have been a great example for this town.
-
That's something I am proud of. I haven't seen any of our players come on here and trash EB. Some of the stuff that has been said is just disgusting. It has transcended football or trash talk. It's vulgarity that I, for one, have not seen on this website for the 6 years I've been here. If they are players, I hope EF gives them the butt whooping they deserve. I hope that these "players" are not the class of EB. That said, I wish both teams an injury free game. I wish I could be there.
-
This is some of the weirdest trash talk I've seen on Smoaky.
-
Freaky, correct the stats if they are wrong...
-
How about some of your season stats?
-
I believe the coaching staff from EB was at the game last night scouting both teams.
-
Way to go EF. HS y'all had a great run. I was glad I was able to be there tonight. Great season, HS! EF- let's keep it rolling. We are behind you!

Mid 60's through mid-70's in my mind. The early 90's were good, and this current era of "music" just makes me ill.
-
What does the injury report look like for this game?
-
Does anyone have a stream of the game? Checked KGAS and got nothing.

my search bar is covered up by profile information. I believe that it is because I'm on a macbook.

Thank God for our brave soldiers and for justice for everyone affected by 9-11.

Combine focus: Mallett melts, Newton shines
coltsboy replied to KirtFalcon's topic in Cowboys/Texans/NFL/Pro Football
My thing is that these are young kids. Right now, I guarantee that he is being coached what to say by his agent. If his advisers told him not to comment on the allegations, it makes sense for him not to..not saying it's right, but honestly right now, everything is probably crazy for them. One wrong move and that big paycheck can become a heck of a lot smaller -
Shockey released by the Saints

I believe I heard the statistic that he has yet to play all 16 games in a season since he has been in the NFL. Don't hold me to it. I believe I heard it on NFL network -

I may be among the minority, but when the first question was asked about the allegations, he said that he wouldn't answer...why is it that the press continued to pester him about it? The truth will come out in it's own time. -
Colts Release Sanders....

If we had had defensive tackles who could stop the run or at least not let the line get back to our backers, Bob would still be a Colt -
Colts Release Sanders....

He actually came out and said a few years ago that he expects to be hurt. He plays hard and forgets his body. He will hit you in the mouth even if it hurts him in the process. I think if the colts wouldn't have asked him to be our run defense then he would be much more durable. Y'all are running a 3-4 still right? If so, as long as he doesn't have any 240 pound backs running at him all day, he will be great. -

He was a good player for us when he played....He'd be a good pick up...I just hope this decision doesn't come back and bite us in the butt. I wish him the best -
Brett was a great QB back in the day. He would do things that had his coaches pulling their hair out, but when it worked, it was magic. That being said...Aaron Rogers has impressed me. Honestly, he is everything you want in a QB. He is mobile, has a great arm, and reads defenses quite well. I was very impressed by his performance in the Super Bowl. He threw three TDs with Troy Polomalu on that field. I saw Aaron attack him while most QB's including Peyton avoid him. He will erase Brett from the mind of the Cheeseheads

Adult Flag Football NE Texas
coltsboy replied to rebelfan's topic in City League Athletics and Sports
That sounds reasonable. I always thought it would be cool to have SDC sponsor a league. It would be a good way for them to create revenue as well as get their name out there -

I would love to start one. I'm around Marshall though. -
Can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with Spacey. It's hard to lose with great players. Jimmy Johnson wasn't great, but his players were. I wish Jim Caldwell would get out of my team's way. Jeff Fisher was a good coach. I think his downfall was that he coached to beat the Colts and forgot there were 14 other games during the season

I almost hope so

Hopefully makes the AFC a little easier. Even at their worst, Jeff Fisher had a way of scaring me with close games
